Tookie Williams Execution

Here's my most popular video that I have on YouTube, finally available for podcast. Over on YouTube, this video has gotten close to half a million views and over 2000 comments, many of which have made me lose a great deal of faith in humanity. On the night of Dec 13, 2005, I went to San Quentin Prison to capture the protest and media circus surrounding the execution of Stanley "Tookie" Williams. I'd always kind of ridden the fence on the death penalty. But something about being outside that prison that night while the state killed a man put things into a very clear perspective for me and I would very much like to see our country abolish this barbaric practice. Now before people start firing up the hate mail (too late, I get hatemail for this one all the time) this does not mean I think that we should just open the prison gates and let everyone free, but I do think that our criminal justice system needs a pretty massive overhaul, and I think that there are some major socio-economic reforms that need to happen in order to end the desperation that breeds such high crime rates in our country. Another Meet the Vloggers, and some psychedelic jellyfish

So there's going to be another Meet the Vloggers at the San Francisco Apple Store (Fri, Aug 11, 6PM - 1 Stockton St) and I'm going to be presenting this blog again. I went to the last one and learned a great deal about how to bring my videos to a much wider audience than I have been just by doing a few things a little differently.

So I get to show another one of my videos and I'm wondering which one I should show. Last time I showed A Guy Walks Into a Bar. I can't use anything more than 5 minutes or so long. If you've been reading and watching, I'd love your suggestions.
