Fess Up, People!
| OK, which one of my wiseass friends had a Chick Tract sent to me? This one isn't one of the funnier ones, but it has a pretty good punchline, if you could call it that. Anne called me at work and told me that something really weird came in the mail and that she hoped it was a joke. As soon as I saw the shape of it I knew it was one of Jack Chick's famous comic tracts about people going to hell and I started laughing, but she was a bit unnerved by it. So if you're one of our friends and thought it would be funny, I get the joke. If you're one of our friends who thinks we need organized religion in our lives, no thank you. While I obviously don't agree with the message, I do enjoy Jack's style. If he found Alfred E. Newman instead of Jeebus, he could have taken Mad Magazine to a whole new level. Wally, it takes a lot to get me to delete a comment. Your racist ravings finally got you deleted. You can spew this sociopathic drivel on your own blog, but I'm not having it here.
jason,
All right, all right...it was me. No, it wasebn't but it was a fun post.
That's it JSF, Jews for Jesus will be knocking on your door! I thought for about a second it might have been you, but I know fire and brimstone xtianity isn't your style.
ha ha you're both wrong it was ME! Nah I'm just kidding I wouldn't do something like that even when I was a Christian I felt it was a bad idea.
Malcot, you never even made it to my suspect list, but bailing on Christianity definitely gives you more respect in my book!
The only Chick tract I ever really wanted to read after I heard about it was "The Gay Blade", that one sounded fab.
Megan, if I recall correctly, there's a Halloween one that is particularly funny.
