An interesting story in Salon the other day about fundimentalist christian films. It seems that while the right complains about how evil and liberal hollywood movies are, you can't really say that many of them are really pushing any kind of progressive leftist views while there is this whole new genre of entertainment coming from the religious right, from these movies to that show on TBN where Billy Ray Cyrus is the mullet wearing country doctor, all of which are preaching their ideals in an entertaining way. I hope to fill that void, starting with Washington Interns Gone Bad. While the left puts out a great many serious documentaries, it is entertainment that will win the hearts of the people.
