I was really burnt out on politics once the afterglow of the election wore off, my former job was getting really intensely bad, and I've been focusing a lot of my energies on playing music. Then I got laid off right before the holidays, jumped into an accounting class, put even more time into music, and then a few weeks ago got a killer new job (in this economy even - I still can't believe it). So the dust has finally settled and I thought I'd start a fresh new year with a fresh new blog and here we are. OK, I’ll let you take credit for my return :)
