Just remember: Google Daleks, Cybermen, and Time Lords and you'll be up to date. I stay away from the outlier stuff (books and audio series) and stick with the TV episodes. I definitely need something to fill my weekly geekly viewing. I've heard good things about Burn Notice and you can't go wrong with any Bruce Campbell vehicle.
